What is a Knowmore connector?

Knowmore creates a specific connector for each of your applications. A connector is used to configure the method for identifying application elements (fields, frames, buttons, etc.). Even if we have already developed a connector for the ERP used by company A, we create a new connector for the same ERP for company B. The connector ensures the robust anchoring of messages on screens, preventing them from pointing to the wrong location. Knowmore offers several strategies for anchoring aids on screens. Our technology recommends the most appropriate aid anchoring to the author. The connector also allows for the detection of segmentation elements within the application (role, department, region, etc.) to offer differentiated aids based on these criteria.
