Context

Global One, Allianz's comprehensive IT system modernization program, spans several years.

This program forms the foundation for future digital developments.

Objectives

As part of this project, Allianz decided in 2016 to migrate Allianz Business System, its legacy Windows-based claims management application, to a web version.

Results

A training environment similar to the ABS application, replacing a previous training environment.

With K-STUDIO, Knowmore created 68 simulated exercises replicating 100% of the ABS application's behavior on a web browser to train 7,000 Allianz employees.
