SNCF Voyages

SNCF used K-STUDIO to train 3,000 agents on the new version of the Agent Maintenance Gestures in Technicentre (GMAT) application. Eight interactive modules, accessible on PCs and Android tablets, were created, allowing agents to train and self-assess their skills at any time.

Context

SNCF Voyages was facing a major new version upgrade for its business application, Agent Maintenance Gestures in Technicentre (GMAT). This business application is used by 3,000 SNCF agents and is accessible on PCs and mobile devices.

Objectives

The objectives defined by SNCF: to train agents in person on GMAT. Recommended by CGI Business Consulting, the SNCF project team chose to:

  • have interactive, simulated training exercises created with K-STUDIO.
  • training delivered over two half-day sessions:
    • Initial training to cover concepts and simple use cases,
    • Supplementary training to delve into complex cases and practice.

Results

8 training modules were created for PCs and Android Tablets.

These lightweight and responsive design are accessible on K-STUDIO's Drive, independently on a USB stick, or can be downloaded locally onto Android tablets.
