The context

Modernising the finance function of every school.

To meet regulatory obligations and secure the finance function, the Ministry is rolling out Cegid XRP Ultimate in state secondary schools. The project aims as much at modernising budget and accounting management as at harmonising practices across 8 000 schools.

The blind spot

Eight thousand schools, and no training environment.

Administrators and accounting officers are spread across the whole country, with different inherited practices. Opening a training environment for each one was out of the question, and a single session is not enough to harmonise habits.
