The context

Unifying the systems of the 39 Regional Banks around a single portal.

As part of Projet Nice, the Portail Unifié Client Conseiller was to become the heart of Crédit Agricole’s new distribution system. It brought together the systems behind the banking processes of the 39 Regional Banks, and the project’s success depended on the teams’ ability to make it their own.

The blind spot

A portal shared by 39 banks is not learnt in a classroom.

The portal changes the actions of 65 000 people at the same time. A classroom presentation lets people discover the screen; it does not give the chance to redo ten times the journey that causes trouble.

The initial trainingThe new portal is presented.
On switchover dayEveryone carries out their operations for real.
The step that blocksThe action has never been rehearsed.

Guided tours

The new environment is discovered step by step, inside the screen itself.

Gamified discoveries

Gamification sustains attention on the points to remember.

Simulated exercises

Business actions are redone on a replica, with no risk for production.

Classroom and e-learning

The same modules serve in the room and remotely.
