Project overview

Training teams at scale on a new banking information system.

With Project Nice, Crédit Agricole consolidated the banking systems of its 39 Regional Banks around the Unified Customer & Advisor Portal. The challenge was to help 65,000 employees build their skills in this new shared environment.

The context

Unifying the systems of 39 Regional Banks around a single portal.

As part of Project Nice, the Unified Customer & Advisor Portal (PuCC) was designed to become the core of Crédit Agricole’s new distribution information system, giving customers and employees a shared view.

The portal brought together the systems supporting the banking processes of all 39 Regional Banks. The project’s success therefore depended heavily on teams being able to quickly understand and master this new environment.
