Yves Rocher trains its network on its new point-of-sale system.
5 000 partners and advisors across more than 700 stores have to get to grips with Cegid Retail Y2. K-STUDIO reproduces the till so everyone can practise before handling real transactions.

Yves Rocher is modernising its point-of-sale system by rolling out Cegid Retail Y2 in its stores. The transformation reaches 5 000 partners and advisors across more than 700 outlets, with an extra challenge: keeping newcomers trained long after the rollout.
In a store, you do not leave the till to go and train.
The network is scattered, teams turn over, and an advisor recruited six months after the switchover never attended the initial training. The content therefore has to stay available well beyond the project.
The applications covered by the deployment.
Practising on the till, with no risk for real transactions.
A blended path, classroom and e-learning, built into the internal LMS.
Seventy-seven items
The main point-of-sale processes are reproduced as realistic simulations.
Classroom and e-learning
The modules fit into the internal LMS and complement the sessions run in store.
The till and the PIM portal
The set-up covers Cegid Retail Y2 and the intranet portal used day to day.
Localised for Belgium
After the success in France, a large part of the training was adapted into Flemish and Walloon.
- ✓Open the relevant receipt.
- ✓Select the returned item.
- ✓Check, then confirm the return.

Training that is consistent, reusable and suited to a wide network.
Faster skills build-up
The teams get familiar with the new processes before the rollout in store.
Consistent training
Every store has the same content, covering the same business processes.
Simpler onboarding
New advisors are trained lastingly from the existing content, well after the project.
An international rollout
The modules can be localised to support other markets, as was the case in Belgium.
