Background

Within the framework of Project Nice, the Unified Client Advisor Portal (PuCC) was at the heart of the new distribution IT system, allowing Crédit Agricole clients and partners to share one and the same vision.

The PuCC is a fusion of all IT system of all banking processes across the 39 regional banking divisions.

 

Objectives

One of the key factors to success in this project was in the support and development of the partners in all 39 regional divisions.

 

Solution

Crédit Agricole put its trust in Knowmore to create 250 interactive training modules such as guided walkthroughs, gamified information and practical-based simulated training exercises.

The training modules were used for in-house training and e-learning.

 

Result

IFCAM (Crédit Agricole group’s internal university) and Knowmore were awarded a CEGOS Awards trophy for the best e-learning project in the “Deployment” category.
