The context

A long-standing application moving to the web.

Allianz launched Global One, a multi-year programme to modernise its entire information system, the foundation of the group’s future digital developments. In 2016, the group decided to migrate Allianz Business System, its long-standing claims management application, from its Windows version to a web version.
