Crédit Agricole supports 65,000 employees on its new core banking IT system

Context

As part of Project Nice, the Unified Client Advisor Portal (PuCC) was to become the core of the new distribution IT system, enabling Crédit Agricole clients and employees to share a common vision.

The PuCC was the merger of the banking process IT systems of the 39 Regional Banks.

Objectives

One of the key success factors for this project was supporting and upskilling employees in the 39 regional banks.

Solution

Crédit Agricole entrusted Knowmore to create 250 interactive training content modules, including guided tours, gamified discovery modules, and simulated practice exercises.

These training modules were used in both in-person training sessions and e-learning.

Result

IFCAM and Knowmore were awarded the CEGOS Awards trophy for the top E-Learning project in the Deployment category.
