IFPEN supports its people in Cegid XRP and Planisware.
Cross-functional applications everyone uses, but at very uneven rhythms. Contextual help closes the gap between the person who is in them every day and the one who comes back twice a year.

Applications used by almost everyone, but not at the same rhythm.
IFP Energies nouvelles is a major player in research and training across energy, transport and the environment. Its researchers, engineers and support functions share a common base of cross-functional applications: purchasing, time entry, project management.
Training prepares people, it does not stay with them.
These applications concern everyone, with very variable usage frequency. Between two uses the landmarks fade, which produces entry errors, follow-ups and recurring calls to the support teams.
