Context
The banking group, present in 83 countries with over 310,000 employees, and generating most of its revenue from its retail banking activities, is driven to increase the efficiency of its client-oriented banking information system.
In the context of an IT merger following the acquisition of CCF, HSBC is implementing new IT platforms with the HUB project.
Objectives
To train and practice using an application simulator 10,000 employees on the main business processes: credit, savings, wealth management … before the deployment of HUB, the global web portal.
Solution
HSBC wanted a sustainable training solution. The bank opted for practical training content in the form of simulated exercises produced with K-STUDIO.
Result
HSBC trained 10,000 employees across 70 distinct groups.
The Training Department currently maintains the 200 business processes conducted as simulations to onboard new employees and to offer recurring training to the different groups.
