Objective
BFM aims to support and accelerate the digital adoption of its 230 users.
During the scoping phase, the Change team Deloitte recommends considering an innovative solution to support this major information system change.
Solution
BFM opts for the Knowmore Application GPS and carefully studies the application simulator.
K-NOW is installed on-premise to support the 230 users.
Deloitte co-produces with BFM the guidance and messages based on jointly developed storyboards.
