1.1) Knowmore SAS, 1 Rue Paul Mazy, 94200 Ivry sur Seine, France, a leading Digital Adoption and Digital Learning company and responsible under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (hereinafter called “Knowmore”). This privacy statement is aimed at all those who visit our websites and/or use a Knowmore app and/or utilise the respective services offered therein. This privacy statement is applicable to any form of use of our services, regardless of whether they are free or paid for.

1.2) Knowmore would like to inform you particularly about which data Knowmore collects and how the data is used. We will also inform you about what personal and non-personal data about you is collected and stored electronically on our websites and apps. All data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant legal regulations on data protection and data security of the European Union and France. II) Connection Data 

2.1) Our websites and apps can be visited depending on availability at any time without having to provide immediate information about your person. Knowmore stores the following data without direct personal reference:

a. Reference URL (the specific visited website) 

b. Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)

c. Time and date of the server request 

2.2) This data is evaluated and used by Knowmore or by a third party in anonymised form for the purpose of proper functioning of our website, making available its contents, misuse detection and tracking as well as the improvement of our offer (e.g. by means of research, data analysis etc.).
