Context

Yves Rocher decided to upgrade its POS system and chose the Cegid Retail Y2 solution.

Objectives

The cosmetics company needed to find a lasting solution to:

before the implementation of the new information system: train its 5,000 partners and advisors in over 700 stores
after going live: easily and sustainably onboard new customer advisors who regularly join its stores

Solutions

Yves Rocher selected K-STUDIO, the application simulator, to provide training through a course comprising in-person modules and e-Learning posted on the internal LMS to train its employees on processes using the new POS system and its PIM intranet portal.

Results

Knowmore developed 77 training modules simulating all checkout processes, including the use of the barcode scanner, to provide practical training for Partners and Advisors.

Following the success of the initial training programs in France, Yves Rocher commissioned Knowmore to localize a large portion of these programs for Belgium, in Flemish and Walloon.
