Background

Yves Rocher decided to upgrade its cash register system and chose the Cegid Retail Y2 solution.

 

Objectives

The cosmetics company needed to find a sustainable solution to :

  • before the implementation of the new information system: train its 5,000 partners and consultants in more than 700 stores
  • after the implementation: easily and permanently onboard the new consultants and customer advisors who regularly join its stores

 

Solutions

Yves Rocher chose K-STUDIO the application simulator to train in the form of a course composed of face-to-face and e-Learning modules posted on the internal LMS to train its employees on processes using the new cash register and its PIM intranet portal.

 

Results

Knowmore has produced 77 training courses simulating all the checkout processes, including the use of the barcode reader, to train the Partners and Advisors in practice.

Following the success of the first training courses in France, Yves Rocher entrusted Knowmore with the localization of a large part of these training courses for Belgium in Flemish and Walloon.
