Background

SNCF voyages had to face a new major version upgrade of its business application Gestes de Maintenance de l’Agent en Technicentre (GMAT). This business application is used by 3,000 SNCF agents and is accessible on PCs and in mobility.

Objectives

The objectives defined by the SNCF: to train agents in the GMAT. Recommended by CGI Business Consulting, the SNCF project team chose :

  • to carry out interactive training exercises, simulated with K-STUDIO.
  • training in the form of 2 half-days:
    • Initial training to approach the concepts and simple use cases,
    • Complementary training to deepen the complex cases and practice.

Results

8 training contents have been created for PC and Android tablets.

These light and responsive design modules are accessible on the K-STUDIO Drive, as standalone modules on USB keys or can be downloaded locally on Android tablets.
