10,000 Employees in France

70 distinct populations

20,000 hours of e-learning training

Deployment of HUB, the global web portal and entry point for the group's applications

Context

The banking group present in 83 countries with more than 310,000 employees, generating most of its revenues from its retail banking activities, needs to increase the efficiency of its customer-oriented banking information system.

In the context of an IT merger following the acquisition of CCF, HSBC is setting up new IT platforms with the HUB project.

Objectives

Train and coach 10,000 employees on the main business processes: credit, savings, assets, etc., using an application simulator, prior to the deployment of HUB, the global web portal.

Solutions

HSBC wanted a long-term educational solution. The bank chose training content through practice in the form of simulated exercises produced with K-STUDIO.

Results

HSBC has trained 10,000 employees from 70 different populations.

The training department now maintains the 200 business processes created in the form of simulations to onboard new employees and offer recurrent training to the different populations.
