How to facilitate the demonstration of the "Mes Comptes" mobile app by BNP Paribas Advisors

You can access the simulator My Accounts demo mode via your mobile IOS or Android

Context

The My Accounts app allows individuals to easily manage their banking transactions on desktop and mobile.

BNP Paribas aims to enable  in-branch advisors who interact closely with clients and prospects to conduct My Accounts demonstrations and guide them remotely when necessary. The bank also wants to provide its clients with a solution to get hands-on practice and familiarize themselves with My Accounts without the risk of errors with their personal accounts.

Objectives

BNP Paribas has several objectives and is looking for a demonstration mode:

– 100% interactive and enriched. A large part of the app must be accessible end-to-end in demonstration mode.

– 100% identical to the "Mes Comptes" app in production. All buttons, tabs, lists, menus, calendars, tables, etc., will be clickable in demo mode.

– A set of naturally anonymized data

– Simple and quick to update as new features are added to the "Mes Comptes" app

– Accessible online and offline on mobile IOS and Android.

Solution

Among various options considered, Knowmore's K-STUDIO solution, already in contact with BDDF – My Campus, was chosen.
